Jointless - Sharp-edged - Monolithic

In contrast to standard folding, folding according to the V-Cut principle has a significantly smaller folding radius. On our CNC machining centers, we mill a wide variety of V-grooves in our material and then fold them with sharp edges. This procedure allows monolithic constructions, which appear almost jointless. We have been experts in the V-Cut for over 10 years and can offer professional solutions to the individual wishes of our customers.

The V-Cut principle has a special advantage with regard to our mirror-polished stainless steel sheets. These would be damaged by conventional processes such as lasers and press brakes. However, the V-Cut principle does not damage the material and even the edges remain distortion-free and mirror-like.
